Although we all breathed a collective sigh of relief as we waved goodbye to 2020, unfortunately it looks like there is still some way to go before the world returns to normal. At Postgrad Solutions we have always prided ourselves on our exceptional levels of customer service – and we know that now more than ever our clients needs us to be flexible and have the ability to adapt to new circumstances very quickly. The holiday season is over and universities and companies are returning to the workplace, but it is clear that it will be some time before many offices are operating at full capacity, as the Coronavirus Pandemic continues to cause staffing shortfalls for reasons including childcare issues, higher levels of sickness and furloughing. Luckily at Postgrad Solutions we are still operating at full capacity – and have been throughout the pandemic – so we want to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are here to offer all of our clients as much support as possible throughout this ongoing health crisis.
