Rob has 18 years' experience with postgraduate education clients. He started his career with Hobsons Education Team, in which he played an integral role in improving Hobsons Education Business. Over the last 18 years Rob has managed marketing campaigns for over 50 UK universities, ensuring that their marketing is appropriate, value for money and yields a trackable return on investment.

Since setting up Postgrad Solutions, Rob has spearheaded the web development for our Postgrad portfolio, and has set up a strictly adhered to customer service policy to ensure we are the best in our field.

Katherine Mann

Director

Katherine has been in the education field for 21 years, and was previously Group Publishing Director at Hobsons Plc. She has led the British Council Education UK publishing project, launched global student recruitment initiatives with NAFSA and Edexcel, and directed international student recruitment projects for UK boarding schools. Katherine has also worked alongside clients such as UK Visas advising them on research projects, as well as curating events and exhibitions for the British Council.

Katherine is responsible for company-wide business development and the marketing strategy for the online portfolio. She manages our prestigious partnerships, including Chevening and Marshall Scholarships, as well as our relationship with UCAS. Katherine is also the Postgrad Solutions Data Protection Manager.

Michael Dingle

Sales Director

Mike has been working in the publishing industry for 16 years. He started his career working on education titles for the Daily Mail Group, he then went on to develop and grow a small publishing house called Solutions Publish. Operating mainly in the corporate business-to-business domain, Mike helped grow a number of titles and websites into market leaders.

Mike has a wealth of experience across a number of different industries, and has worked on everything from large sponsorship deals and running annual awards ceremonies, to publishing magazines and websites. He joined Postgrad Solutions in 2009 and is responsible for managing client accounts across Europe and the UK, working to help institutions hit their postgraduate recruitment targets through our products.

Charlotte King

Charlotte has worked in the media industry for 19 years. She was the Media and Publishing Manager for Chartwell Ltd, a Russian company, for three years. In this role she liaised between a Russian publishing house and numerous market-leading Western publishers. She then trained as a journalist, and embarked on her new career, starting off at the Press Association before going freelance. She has worked on numerous consumer magazines, including; Radio Times, Heat, Cosmopolitan, OK, Prima, Company and Porter.

Charlotte joined Postgrad Solutions as the PR and Communications Manager in September 2009 – and has since been promoted to Managing Editor. Her responsibilities include overseeing the editorial content on all sites, as well as publishing the postgraduate client newsletters, the Postgrad and LLMstudy Blogs, and updating postgraduate news and events across all of our websites for our clients. Charlotte manages a team of postgraduate student writers as well as high profile freelancers, and spearheaded our SEO campaign from editorial perspective, ensuring that our websites perform excellently on search engines.

Samantha Ross

Production services Director

Sam has many years of PA experience working for a number of blue chip organisations in the City of London. She worked as a Senior Legal PA for Magic Circle law firm Allen & Overy LLP before leaving to embark on her own business venture.

Sam joined Postgrad Solutions as our Production Controller 15 years ago, and since this time her role has evolved somewhat and she is now our Production Director. In addition to loading copy onto the live sites and ensuring customer satisfaction, Sam is also responsible for invoicing and credit control.

“I spend a lot of time guiding clients through the copy process as it is really important to me that each individual feels completely satisfied with the quality of service they receive. I believe client feedback is essential and by sharing such views with the rest of the team, together we can work towards the development of our processes and ultimately this will be reflected across our sites.”

Gareth Driscoll

Account manager

Gareth Driscoll joined the team at the beginning of 2017. He has worked in the education sector for over five years, and has built up great relationships with many educational clients across the UK and Europe. Gareth started off his career at Trinity Mirror handling local education accounts, he then moved on to Pirate FM in Cornwall where he represented the brand in Plymouth & East Cornwall.

Gareth has extensive sales experience and the ability to build strong professional working relationships. At Postgrad Solutions he is responsible for overseeing many of our UK, European and US university clients, as well as looking after our law school clients.

“Part of my role is to think creatively about how Postgrad.com and LLMstudy.com can really help a university or college’s student recruitment drive. With my strong creative sales background, I tailor make every recruitment package that I put together to suit each individual university. I spend a lot of my day planning and implementing strategies for postgraduate marketing. Jason Cook

Account manager

Jason Cook joined the sales team at Postgrad Solutions in November 2017.

Jason’s background is in retail sales management where he has held a variety of different positions, including store manager for a leading mobile phone retailer. His extensive experience in customer-facing support makes him an excellent addition to the team.

At Postgrad Solutions Jason is responsible for overseeing many of our UK university clients, as well as US and European clients, he is also specialises in law school recruitment.

Following the completion of her degree and a stint working as a volunteer in a community organisation, our most recent recruit, Freya, came to work for Postgrad Solutions in 2018 as a Production Controller.

Her main responsibility at Postgrad Solutions is to schedule, build and send out the client e-shots to our large database – and she does this with optimum efficiency and success.

As an integral part of our administrative team, Freya also works hard on our partnership with Chevening Scholarships during their application open period each year, ensuring that all student queries are dealt with accurately, as well as at lightening speed!
