Postgrad Solutions has been built around the ethos of providing the best customer service possible. We have taken on board feedback from over 100 global universities and put together our service so it works specifically for education institutions.

We offer a friendly, honest and efficient service. All our staff are fully trained with our customers’ needs at the core of their roles.

The Directors work closely with the customers and students ensuring that they know what is going on and what needs developing or changing at the right time.

We aim to be as flexible as possible with each customer - starting from the time of booking a marketing package, right through to providing copy deadlines that ensure each part of the experience with us is stress free and yields the right results. All of our customers receive our monthly client newsletter, updating them on product development and customer service improvements.
