Our Client CommitmentPostgrad Solutions has been built around the ethos of providing the best customer service possible. We have taken on board feedback from over 100 global universities and put together our service in a way that works specifically for education institutions. We offer a friendly, honest and efficient service. All our staff are fully trained and have our customers’ needs at the core of their roles. The Directors work closely with the customers and students ensuring that they know what is going on and what needs developing or changing at the right time. We aim to be as flexible as possible with each customer, right through from booking a marketing package to providing copy deadlines to ensure each part of the experience with us is stress free and yields the right results. All customers receive a client newsletter four times a year updating them on product development and customer service improvements. We also offer all PGS clients a benefits package through our Client Loyalty Scheme providing significant discounts on a wide range of education suppliers. What Our Clients Say
