Rob has 12 years experience with postgraduate education clients. He started his career with Hobsons’ Education Team, in which he played an integral role in improving Hobsons' Education Business. Over the last 12 years Rob has managed marketing campaigns for over 50 UK universities, ensuring that their marketing is appropriate, value for money and yields a trackable return on investment.
Since setting up Postgrad Solutions, Rob has spearheaded the web development for our Postgrad portfolio, and has set up a strictly adhered to customer service policy to ensure we are the best in our field.
Rob's New Year's resolution is to improve his golf handicap, but wedding preparations seem to be getting in the way!

Katherine has been in the education field for 14 years, and was previously Group Publishing Director at Hobsons Plc. She has led the British Council Education UK publishing project, launched global student recruitment initiatives with NAFSA and Edexcel, and directed international student recruitment projects for UK boarding schools. Katherine has also worked alongside clients such as UK Visas advising them on research projects, as well as curating events and exhibitions for The British Council.
Katherine is responsible for company-wide business development and the marketing strategy for the online portfolio.
Katherine’s New Year’s resolution is to become less obsessed with Jack Bauer from 24, and to learn how to do the front crawl!

Katherine Mann - Director
Sandy has over 13 years of experience in sales and publishing within the education and corporate recruitment marketplace. She previously worked at Hobsons Plc as Sales Director of the International Student Recruitment Division, planning global marketing campaigns with UK international offices. She has a wealth of experience in the domestic education market, managing market-leading products such as Springboard. Sandy also has a thorough understanding of the admissions service within institutions as she has worked closely both with admissions and English Language departments. This has been through consultancy undertaken for ETS-TOEFL.
Sandy is primarily responsible for managing key clients at Postgrad Solutions, putting together the right proposals to meet individual client's needs across each of their key markets, and making sure the customer service is smoothly coordinated for rolling out campaigns. Sandy meets her clients regularly throughout the year to fine tune campaigns and provide feedback on copy used for both the websites as well as e-marketing.

Sandy Bhangal - Sales Director
Mike has been working in the publishing industry for nearly 9 years. He started his career working on education titles for the Daily Mail Group, he then went on to develop and grow a small publishing house called Solutions Publish. Operating mainly in the corporate business-to-business domain, Mike helped grow a number of titles and websites into market leaders.
Mike has a wealth of experience across a number of different industries, and has worked on everything from large sponsorship deals and running annual awards ceremonies, to publishing magazines and websites. He joined Postgrad Solutions a year ago and is responsible for managing client accounts across Europe, working to help institutions hit their postgraduate recruitment targets through PGS products.

Michael Dingle - Sales Director
Dominic started in publishing 20 years ago with Butterworths, the law publishers. Since then, he has worked as an editor for a number of companies in the areas of law and education. His work has involved a large variety of different types of publications, from looseleaf and academic textbooks, to magazines, directories, ezines and websites.
Dominic has been involved with Postgrad Solutions from the company’s very beginning in 2006. His main role is editing the content of the three websites - postgrad.com, llmstudy.com and studybusinessmasters.com - and ensuring the editorial content is kept up to date.

Dominic Knight - Associate Editor
Charlotte has worked in the media industry for 15 years. She was the Media and Publishing Manager for Chartwell Ltd, a Russian company, for three years. In this role she liaised between a Russian publishing house and numerous market-leading Western publishers, coordinating the publication of many European best-selling art and educational children’s books into the Russian language. She then trained as a journalist, and embarked on her new career, starting off at the Press Association before going freelance. She has worked on numerous consumer magazines, including; Radio Times, Heat, Arena, Cosmopolitan, OK, Prima and Company.
Charlotte is the newest member of the Postgrad Solutions team, joining as the PR and Communications Manager in September 2009. Her responsibilities include publishing the new postgraduate monthly client newsletter, publishing responsibility for our client-facing website PostgradSolutions.com, and updating postgraduate news and events across all of our websites.

Charlotte King - PR & Communications Manager
Anthony served as a RAF officer for over 20 years, before taking up a position as an air traffic control supervisor in Saudi Arabia. On returning to the UK, he became a director of one of the UK’s great sporting estates for 16 years. Here, his prime responsibilities were the operation of the aviation interests, the management of the historic motor circuit, and most importantly ensuring customer satisfaction, which was paramount for the continued success of the business.
Anthony’s experience and dedication to customer satisfaction made him an ideal addition to the Postgrad team, and he joined Postgrad Solutions in 2008 as our Production Controller. He is responsible for coordinating and collating all the copy for our ezines and email shots which are sent to the Postgrad Solutions student database. He is in regular contact with clients providing advice on copy requirements, ensuring we provide manageable deadlines for copy and assisting wherever possible with content ideas.

Anthony Bebbington - Production Controller
Sam has 10 years PA experience working for a number of blue chip organisations in the City of London. She worked as a Senior Legal PA for magic circle law firm Allen & Overy LLP before leaving to embark on her own business venture. Sam continues her involvement with law by assisting the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Sam joined Postgrad Solutions a year ago as our Production Controller. Her main areas of responsibility are loading copy onto the live sites, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
